The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) now offers secure online payment options through Pay.gov, a U.S. Department of the Treasury service.
Authorized representatives of tribal gaming operations and related entities can use these Pay.gov forms to submit payments directly to the NIGC for fees, assessments, and other approved transactions.
The NIGC currently provides six online payment forms through Pay.gov, covering the following categories:
- Quarterly Fee
- Fingerprint Fee
- Background Investigation (Management Contracts) Fee
- Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request
- Miscellaneous Payment
- Notice of Violation (NOV)
