Categorical Exclusion Administrative

The documents listed below are associated with the Commission’s recently published “Protocol for Categorical Exclusions Supplementing the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations Implementing the Procedural Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act for Certain National Indian Gaming Commission Actions and Activities.”  This documentation is part of the administrative record supporting the Commission’s proposed categorical exclusion and is comprised of comments submitted by the regulated community as well as the agency’s past Findings of No Significant Impact. For reference, the Commission’s proposed categorical exclusion was published in the Federal Register on January 11, 2017 and can be located at 82 Fed. Reg. 3352. The Commission will be actively accepting comments until March 12, 2017.
