The Office of the Chief of Staff coordinates NIGC staff work across all divisions to execute the Agency’s day-to-day operations supporting the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA). Under the direction and guidance of the Chair, the office also coordinates with NIGC’s Office of the General Counsel to ensure tribes conduct gaming in accordance with IGRA.
