Description: Join us for an informative and important discussion as we highlight September’s National Preparedness Month. Hear from Ruby Dawn Manning, FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) Tribal Liaison, as she discusses the program and the annual Tribal Training Week that provides Tribal Nation attendees the skills needed for Tribal emergency management, planning, response, and recovery. In addition, you’ll hear from Lana Morrison, OSHA’s Director, Office of Federal Agency Programs, as she discusses the OSHA Safe and Sound Week, enforcement, consultation, national emphasis program for casinos and hotels, and the Top Ten OSHA Violations for General Industry 2024/2025, among other available resources.
