This year’s in-person event offers two days of rich learning experiences with over 15 expert-led courses covering key areas like Audit, Compliance, and other vital regulatory topics. Whether you’re looking to deepen your expertise in a specific area or broaden your skills across multiple subjects, there’s something offered for everyone. Important notes for in person registration: There are two certificate courses offered to in-person attendees. You must pre-register for each certificate course and attend the full duration of the course to earn a certificate. This course will cover the NIGC revenue auditing requirements for common systems used in Tribal gaming operations and examine the challenges of auditing these systems. Description: This course is designed to equip TGRAs with the tools to understand and determine whether there are violations of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act. It aims to assist regulatory professionals in identifying misuse of gaming revenue, violations of the sole proprietary interest, and management without an approved contract that may be occurring at your properties.
