Yvonne Lee
Yvonne Lee is the Chief Financial Officer for the National Indian Gaming Commission, an independent federal regulatory agency established within the Department of the Interior. As such, Lee supervises the day-to-day activities of the Division of Finance with overall responsibilities related to accounting, financial analysis/reporting, cash flow management, procurement, charge card program, budgeting, management contract review and the associated background investigation.
Prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer in December 2020, Lee served as the Director of Finance since August of 2012, the Acting Comptroller since May of 2012, and the Financial Analyst reviewing contracts and conducting financial analysis since October 2009. Prior to working for the NIGC, Lee held various key managerial positions in the area of financial planning, analysis, and reporting at Dow Jones, Applied Materials, Arthur Andersen and AOL.
Lee earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taiwan. After graduating from college, she came to the United States to pursue advanced study in business and earned a Master of Science degree in Management with an emphasis in Finance from Trenton State College (The College of New Jersey) in Trenton N.J.

The Indian Gaming Regulatory Act created the National Indian Gaming Commission to support tribal self-sufficiency and the integrity of Indian gaming. NIGC oversees the efficient regulation of more than 500 gaming establishments operated by 250 tribes across 29 states.
